Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Alsatian | Male | unneutered | 7 months and 17 days old | 66 lbs

I adopted this dog 15 days ago. He is 7 months 18 days old now. # My dog's is sitting sometimes in this position, is it normal? # And I found these type of bubbles near his genitals. What are these? Are they normal? Should I do anything to treat them?? Or what? Please guide me.

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I am not worried about how Luck is sitting, he is a puppy and that is how awkward large breed puppies sit. it is hard to make out the skin areas in your pictures. In the first one it looks like his normal nipple. I can't tell in the 2nd picture. It could be the start of a skin infection. If new bumps pop up, he is excessively licking or the bump changes I would have your Vet check his skin out. Have a great day!
