Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 3 years old
In three years, this is the first time Milo snuck out of the house (hardly for 10 mins) and got in to a fight with a stray. There was a lot of hissing and growling. I was running towards him from afar at the time so I couldn't see if there was any physical fighting. There are no scratches or bite marks apparent and has had all his vaccinations. Should I still take him to the vet for any follow up medicine or injection? Is there a tetanus kind of thing for such an incident in cats?

Punctures and bite wounds may be hard to see but can get infected. Watch for painful areas, swellings, limping, fever or not eating. Your vet will often booster the rabies even if they are up to date just to be safe. Stray cats can carry some different infectious diseases, like FIV and Feline Leukemia so talk to your vet about what you should test for in your area.
