My cat is weak, not eating, and vomiting green. What should I do?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Cat | Russian Blue | Male | neutered | 1 year and 1 month old | 6 lbs

My cat, Russian blue, has been acting very weak the last two days. He has no appetite, he vomited green stuff, I don’t think it was food or grass. He has very little strength and interests in doing things.

These signs could be compatible with an inflammation infection of the gastrointestinal system and surrounding organs (like pancreas and liver). A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is immediately essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics and possibly further investigations (like abdominal imaging as ultrasound or radiographs) may be needed.
