Why is my puppy licking a red sore and spots on his penis after vet?

My puppy has been biting and licking his penis all day. He has a red sore next to his penis and looks like some spots next to it. He was at the vet for his shots two days ago an exam. He had runny stool as well a little while ago but I don’t know if it would be related. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 6 months and 19 days old | 30 lbs

I would recommend bringing him back to the veterinarian tomorrow to have them look at it. It looks like this spot may be infection and antibiotics may be required. The soft stool can be from the stress of going to the vet or he may have eaten something he wasn't supposed to and it upset his stomach.
