Why is my skinny cat's stomach hard and swollen, even if she eats?

My cat is a fairly skinny cat normally and I wasn't to concerned about it because I see her eat should I be worried and also her stomach has been bigger and hard should I be worried

Yes, weight/muscle loss or ill thrift with a swollen/hard belly is very concerning and may indicate fluid build up or even tumor growth. I strongly recommend an urgent vet check and an ultrasound of her belly may be required in order to investigate what is going on in there
