What's the right age to bring a new puppy home? Is 22 days too young?

Is it good to purchase a 22 days old gsd dog.

Puppies should remain with their mother until the are 8 weeks old. The time newborn puppies spend with their mothers and litter-mates is extremely important. Besides receiving the proper nourishment, they learn necessary social skills for the future. Weaning too early can result in behavioral problems later.
