My cat has a dry, non-itchy bald spot. Is it a cause for concern?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 15 lbs

I have a 2 year old calico and shes had this patch of skin weres she lost hair. Ita not red or irrated and she honestly done groom or lick at it. Looking at it i can tell its a bit dry im not sure what it is or if i should be concerned. Im sure its not fleas shes and indoor cat and i trwat her monthly with an oral medication just in case. And a Its only that one spot. Its not gottwn smaller or bigger either

Good on you for treating Calie with flea medication even though she is indoor only! Many owners do not realize that indoor cats can still get fleas, as they can be brought inside by owners. As for this missing patch of skin. It could be that she suffered some trauma to the area causing the hair loss. It is interesting that it hasn't gotten smaller or bigger, and that it's not red or irritated. She could also just have dry skin. You can try adding some Vitamin E supplements to her food to see if that helps with the dry patch. If it remains, I would have Calie seen by a vet just to have the area examined. I'm not concerned about it from your description, but it's always good to have any strange patches of missing hair examined by a vet.
