Hi, i have a dog who is 9 years old. His a staffy/brindle. In the last week or so ive noticed a small black growth near his lip and and a small 5 cm growth hanging near his genital region. Since Australia day he has vomited twice and he isnt eating as much as he should. Im concerned it could be cancerous...

I would absolutely get him seen by your vet. Even if the growths end up being benign, he may have some underlying medical condition that is causing his appetite to wane and occasionally vomit. Your vet will do an exam, labwork, maybe x-rays, and based on those results, should be better able to determine what is going on with your dog and how best to treat it.
