I rescued my kitten from the dorms at college so she was a stray. She had hair loss on her nose since we got her, but it seems to be getting worse. What can I do to keep this from happening?

She could have ringworm, a skin infection, or allergic dermatitis causing the hair loss. She really needs to be examined by a vet to determine the cause. Your vet can do a fungal culture to check for ringworm and then prescribe medications to treat, depending on the cause. Also, inspect her for fleas and treat her with a topical flea medication, like Revolution or Frontline.
