i felt rough spot just behind shoulder ,looked like dandruff pulled on hair at rough spot it came out in small tuffs to about 1 square inch looked dry and a little scaly. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 13 years old | 24 lbs
