My doxie has a large abscess on his chest from a dog fight injury and it broke open the vet wont see him unless i have money up front, she said he could have a half of baby asprin, i have been cleaning it with saline water and wraped it with white gauze, what else can i do to help him. Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Male | 10 years and 3 months old | 20 lbs
