The blisters on his chin can be caused by a variety of things. Most commonly these are doggy 'acne'. You can try to alleviate this problem by offering food and water out of clean stainless steel bowls. Many veterinary hospitals also sell skin cleaning products with chlorhexidine that will help alleviate the blisters. If these do not go away or worsen it is best to have Rupert seen by a veterinarian.
