Hello. My Westie has a small bump above her high and thinking back she's been scratching that area often. We had a Westie previously that used to get bumps on her head

It could be an infection, cyst, papilloma, histiocytoma, or other type of mass. Have your vet take a look at it to determine the exact cause. Your vet can do a fine needle aspirate to help diagnose and determine if treatment is actually needed.
