My cat has bald patches on his head. Do you think he fought with another cat or dog? There has been no recent changes, and no new animals. He is also looking on the thinner side. Just wondering what this might be? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 1 year and 2 months old | 12 lbs

He may have gotten into a fight with another cat and now there may be abscesses forming. he may also have a fungal infection or allergy. Please take him to to vet for a skin exam. the vet may want to do a skin scrape to show up mites.
