Why is my dog's private area red, rashy, losing hair, and licked?

My dog has this big rash around her private area that is red and also all the hair on that area isn't there anymore. She is always biting and licking that area too. What do you think it might be? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 9 months old | 24 lbs

Poor Nala! She may have a urinary tract infection or vaginitis causing her to lick her vulva excessively, or she could have a skin infection or allergy-related problem causing itching of the skin in this area. I would recommend taking her to the vet for an exam as soon as you are able to - he/she can do a urinalysis or some simple skin tests if needed to help diagnose the problem and get her started on appropriate medication to treat it.
