How to treat dog's itchy black spots and stop her from licking?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | unspayed | 6 years and 1 month old | 55 lbs

my 7 yr old golden retriever has these little black spots formed all together on both sides in between her belly and legs brought her to numerous vets they keep saying yeast bacteria allergies I have switched food to skin sensitive didn't do much what can I use to help her from licking the spot making it worse and bright red help her please

She will need hypoallergenic prescription food and you should ask your vet for some antibacterial/antifungal shampoo. In order to stop her from licking and chewing the area she will need an e-collar until the skin condition clears up and does not itch any more. If all this does not work, you need to get a referral to a veterinary dermatologist for an expert opinion and treatment.
