my 7 yr old golden retriever has these little black spots formed all together on both sides in between her belly and legs brought her to numerous vets they keep saying yeast bacteria allergies I have switched food to skin sensitive didn't do much what can I use to help her from licking the spot making it worse and bright red help her please. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | unspayed | 6 years and 1 month old | 55 lbs
