Poor Scruff! It definitely sounds like something is wrong. Unfortunately, there are many things that could cause these symptoms, so it's hard to say what might be causing this without being able to examine her and run some tests. She may have some type of systemic illness or infectious disease causing weakness and lethargy. She could also be in pain from some type of injury, or may have ingested something toxic. Since she is still having issues, I would recommend taking her back to the vet for a recheck, or seeking a second opinion from another vet in your area. It sounds like she probably needs some blood work and possibly x-rays at this point to help diagnose the problem.
