Why does my 2-week-old puppy's gas smell really bad? Is she sick?

When my puppy passes gas it smells really bad and I know gas doesn't smell good but this is just horrible and she's only 2 weeks could something be wrong ? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 15 days old

Sometimes parasitical infection (gastroenteritis) or gastrointestinal inflammation of other sort can cause these kind of signs. Feces of such young puppies smell quite badly and it is not unusual that gas is really smelly. If not done yet I would recommend to have Penelope checked by your veterinarian and have her treated for worms.
