Is my kitten dreaming? Why does he breathe strangely in his sleep?

Hi my kitten is 7 months old and since 3 days his breathing pattern has changed. Kinda hard to explain but when he sleeps his upper body moves and he kinda pushes sometimes and his head moves a bit too when his breathing while asleep. This is my first kitten and i don't have much experince any help would be appreciated. I have a video of it i could link it if you need more info. Thanks!

If this is happening when he is sleeping, then he could be dreaming. Kittens do dream, and they can twitch in their sleep and have changes in their breathing patterns due to these dreams. Given that it only occurs while he is sleeping, I would not be too worried about it, but you can take him into the vet for a health check to be safe.
