My dog's ear is itchy and cut from scratching. What can I do?

My pit has this dry itchy patch behind one of her ears and a cut on the same ear she keeps craching it and opening the cut up what can I get or do to stop it

First of all you need to have her ears checked by a vet as it is very likely happening as a result of an ear infection that tends to be very itchy, the infection will need to be treated with prescription eardrops. For the cuts on the outer part you can use any antiseptic cream, just put it on 2 times a day. To prevent her from scratching you will need to use a cone (e-collar) that you can purchase in most pet shops or at the vet's.
