My dog has these red spots on his ears. We think it’s from scratching. He also has a bump on his cheek that he scratches. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 2 years and 9 months old | 80 lbs

It looks like Steve is generally itchy around the head. These little red bumps occur with skin irritation. Itchy skin is often due to the following things: 1) Allergies - this can happen suddenly and is usually due to an environmental (i.e pollen) cause.
