What are these zits on my puppy and could it be puppy pyoderma?

Hi. My dog (miniature schnauzer 7months) has whay looks like zits. They come and go but right now there are many of those. What are they and what should I do? Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Schnauzer | Male | neutered | 7 months and 25 days old | 15 lbs

It sounds like Kai may have a common skin infection called puppy pyoderma. Sometimes if there are just a few it can be treated with medicated shampoo, but if there are lots of pustules then he may need oral antibiotics.
