My chihuahua has hard, non-itchy scabs inside her ears. What is it?

Hi. My chihuahua has tiny, hard scabs on the inside tip of both ears. There are 2 or 3 on each ear and nowhere else on her body. They feel hard like ticks but are mostly the color of her skin. There is no hair loss and they do not seem itchy or bothersome to her at all. Should I be concerned? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 5 lbs
