Why is my Great Dane vomiting yellow, not eating, and dehydrated?

Pet's info: Dog | Great Dane | Male | 140 lbs

My great Dane is a little over a year old we came home yesterday and he puked up yellow liquid I have gotten him to drink a little but he won't eat his nose is dry and I can tell he's dehydrated can u tell me wat might be wrong

They can commonly get bacterial and viral infections that can cause vomiting and diarrhea and a decreased appetite. Sometimes it can be from eating something they were not supposed to that is causing an upset stomach. You can try boiled chicken and rice and pedialyte or Gatorade to help rehydrate him or get him interested in eating. If he is dehydrated and has bloody diarrhea or continues to vomit then he may need blood work and IV fluids.
