MY 4 month old puppy is scared to go out in the garden alone to potty she just sits at the door and cry’s the whole time how can I make her not scared

Your puppy is very cute! Remember that she's just a baby - it's not surprising that she's not comfortable outside by herself. Human toddlers aren't expected to take themselves to the bathroom on their own, either! ;) I would recommend simply going outside with her for now. This is recommended for potty training purposes anyway, since you should be praising her and giving a treat as soon as she goes to the bathroom - not once she's back in the house. Once she's older, she should start to be more comfortable going out on her own.
