My dog has really bad smell in his ears. I tried to clean it and I saw yellowish thing. What should I do

It sounds like your dog has an ear infection. Unfortunately you won't be able to treat this without prescription medication. You will have to take him to the vet to have the ears examined, then they can provide appropriate drops.
