Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! That puppy needs to be seen by a veterinarian to treat its skin condition. They will need to check it for microscopic mites and treat for parasites. It may also have a secondary infection (like bacteria) that needs to be addressed. Once a vet sees it, they can give you a treatment plan to fix it’s skin. Good luck!
