Why does my puppy have white bumps and hair loss on his head?

My German short-haired pointer has some bumps on the top of his head, they seem to be white because the hair has fallen off. And he is only 4 months so it worries me. Pet's info: Dog | German Shorthaired Pointer (duplicate) | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 18 days old | 26 lbs

Based on your photo, I would recommend having a veterinarian examine the area so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. These bumps may be from a bacterial skin infection or mites. If you are unable to get to a veterinarian right awsy, I would recommend using the below products which can all be found online quite easily. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction. Malacetic conditioning spray and apply to the area until resolved.
