My dog has a growth. Is it a papilloma? What's the best treatment?

It is difficult to tell in the picture but this doesn't look like it is attached to the mouth or another mucus membrane. If it is, then this could be a papilloma. Surgical removal or azithromycin is helpful. If not, then this is likely a benign adenoma. These can just be watched. If it is growing or bothering Jully, then your vet can surgically remove it.
