I am very sorry to hear about Bella's discomfort. It definitely sounds like she should go to visit her veterinarian for an exam. There are many possible causes for discomfort, including musculoskeletal pain (bone pain or pain of a muscle/ligament), neurological pain (such as a slipped/herniated disk in the spine), or abdominal pain which could be due to pain in the intestinal tract, kidneys, gall bladder, and more. The vet can do a physical exam on her to try to localize the pain and may recommend testing such as x-rays or ultrasound depending on their findings. Depending on their findings they may recommend a variety of treatments.
