My cat's still sneezing, coughing, watery eyes after vet. What to do?

My cat is sneezing,coughing,water is coming out of his eyes,and sometimes he has nose bleeds.We took him to the vet they prescribed him eye drops to use for eyes and nose.What should I do now? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 5 years and 4 months old | 11 lbs
