My cat's still sneezing, coughing, watery eyes after vet. What to do?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 5 years and 4 months old | 11 lbs

My cat is sneezing,coughing,water is coming out of his eyes,and sometimes he has nose bleeds.We took him to the vet they prescribed him eye drops to use for eyes and nose.What should I do now?

It appears that his condition has worsened since he was last seen by the vet. It's best to schedule a recheck appointment with your vet in the day or two. For now, make sure he is comfortable and free of any stressful situations. These infections often happen in times of stress, so if there was a potential new stressor, then try your best to remove it. If he is very congested, then you can do a steam bath at home.
