My puppy has growing black spots on her belly. Should I worry?

I found these black mole spots on my puppies belly. My brother said the one was there but has grown. But I hadn’t noticed before because she dosent like laying on her back. I wondered if it looked ok or if I should be conserned. Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Schnauzer | Female | unspayed

If the spots seem to be growing then you should have a vet examine her. Your vet can aspirate the lesions to help diagnose and then determine the best way to treat. They could be benign lesions but there is no way to know without doing an examination. She may need an antibiotic, anti-inflammatory, or they may need to be removed.
