Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Male | unneutered | 7 lbs
My cat has seemed to have very odd eyesight since i got him at possibly 2 months old(he seemed blind) he still needed to be drinking milk at the time for about a month i got him from a friend of friend. At about 3 or 4 months he started crying which i found out is not normal for cats, and he has been teary eyed often ever since. But, he's my first cat so I'm not sure if I'm overreacting. I just moved out from my old apartment that had carpet and he's still teary-eyed so now i'm highly concerned.

Hi, it is not normal for cats to have teary eyes so I agree that there is something affecting Storm. It could be that a virus is affecting Storm, and this can be easily diagnoses by having a couple of swabs taken at your regular vets. He could also have some eye ointment or drops to help with the discomfort, so I would suggest to have him checked over.
