My 2-month-old kitten is weak, won't eat, has diarrhea. What to do?

I was just given a cat by my neighbor .. age about 2 months .. I take this cat to my house .. a few days later this cat looks weak .. eat very little .. I have bought this cat bottle of milk and special milk cat .. but he still does not want to drink .. until today he continues to grow thin ... her voice was not heard .. from the beginning came to my house, this cat was defecating .. what medicine should I give? sorry if my english is not good .. i am from indonesia ..

I am sorry to hear Momo isn't feeling well. At her age she can be fed kitten food, she no longer needs to be on milk replacer. If she is still weak and not wanting to eat, I would suspect something else going on. She could have intestinal parasites, a bacterial infection, or a viral infection. I recommend taking her to a vet for an exam and to check her stool for microscopic parasites. Depending on what they find, they can treat her accordingly. She may need aggressive therapy if she is dehydrated. Good luck and kisses to Momo!
