My dog had hives, now gone, but seems off. When should I call the vet?

He had hives as of last night and now they are gone. But he's acting a bit off. No signs of sickness just clingy and seeming to be nit himself. Should I call the vet or wait to see if he gets better on his own? I'm one worried momma. Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Male | neutered

If he is eating and drinking and resting well then you can watch him for another 24 hours. He may be scared or feeling bad due to try allergic reaction he experienced. If he is not back to normal then I would take him to the vet
