My fixed cats fight constantly. Is it dominance, and what can I do?

My cat Batman does not get along with one of my female cats and I was told that he is trying to establish dominance... what my question is, How long does it take? And what happens after one of them has established that? They have been fighting for such a long time how and both of them are fixed. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered
