My puppy has diarrhea and weird stomach noises, what's wrong?

My baby has bad dihorea again! This time I haven't changed her food it just came on and now her stomachs making weird noises. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 5 months and 23 days old | 3 lbs

I’m sorry Baby isn’t feeling well. I would recommend having a fecal examination done by a veterinarian to look for any signs of paralysis. She may also be eating a food that she doesn’t do well with. I would recommend discussing diet choices with your veterinarian as well. Young dogs also have a habit of chewing things up and eating things that can cause intestinal upset, so that is possible as well. In the meantime I would skip a meal to rest her stomach. Then start with a bland diet of boiled chicken and rice. I would feed the bland diet for several days until the stool is back to normal, then transition to the food that you and your veterinarian have decided is a good choice.
