Why does my dog have bald spots, tail hair loss, and ear bumps?

My dog has a bald patch on her hind legs and middle of her tail as well as small bumps on the tip of one of her ears what could be causing this? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 6 months old | 40 lbs

A number of things could cause this including: Demodexx mites, allergies or even a bacterial or fungal infection. O would recommend by starting with a skin impression and skin scrape done by your vet to help narrow down these possibilities and hopefully come up with a proper diagnosis.
