My puppy's legs touch when walking. Could it be hip dysplasia?

why the legs of the puppy are touchig each other..some suggest me calcium ,multi vitamins..but its not working.suggest me something..how much exercise is needed for puppy.he does not look like 6 mths. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 6 months and 12 days old | 32 lbs
