Hello, My cat has one of his eyes closed and before it was leaking white goop till i wiped it away. I can't take him to the vet so i need some tips if the eye is damaged severely or not. His name is Tux and he is around 11/12 months

That is likely to be due to a mild to moderate conjunctivitis, probably secondary to a trauma or infection. A check up would be needed as appropriate treatment would include antibiotics and anti-inflammatory eye drops. Corneal injuries must be ruled out as well.
