My Puppy is just 1 1/2 months old only, he has a spasm (pangangatal) just recently he had spasm for many times in a day (5x) but after 1 minute it stop and we should carry him in our arms for him to stops. But during his spasm he can't walk. We're just too bothered in his condition. Hoping for your best suggestions to do.

If Bruno is constantly shaking, or is having issue standing/moving around, or seems disoriented or confused, it would be best to seek veterinary care ASAP as it could signal other issues such as an underlying neurologic/muscular issue, illness, disease or even genetic problem. A thorough vet exam is best to help rule out any more serious problems and get Bruno feeling better. It's also possible your puppy could be experiencing something such as low blood sugar which is causing his shaking and spasming, especially if he is a small breed dog. Making sure to feed multiple small meals (4-5x a day) can help if this is the case, however ruling out any other issues with a vet first is needed. Anxiety from being separated from his litter or being in a new place can also sometimes cause shaking, however it shouldn't impede his ability to walk or move around.
