Ouch, poor Jango! He could have injured his penis leading to the sore, or this sore could be an ulcer`that has developed from a bacterial infection. I would take him into the vet today to have his penis examined and treatment. Treatment depends on the cause of the sore, and once the vet makes a diagnosis, they can prescribe a treatment.

This is not normal - I'm wondering if Soldier has been licking his prepuce (the sheath of skin that covers the penis). It looks to me like these sores could be from a bacterial skin infection. I would recommend seeing your veterinarian so he can examine Soldier in person and make recommendations regarding treatment. In your second picture it looks like Soldier might also have a skin growth, and the third picture looks like a nipple to me although another skin growth might be possible too.
