My cat is peeing everywhere, not eating, and wobbly. What should I do?

My cat is urinating everywhere and is not eating but drinking some water she is twitching her tail and is very wabaly what could be causing this

Poor kitty! There are many things that could cause these symptoms, so it's hard to say for sure what might be wrong without more information. She could have a systemic illness like diabetes or chronic kidney disease, a urinary tract infection, bladder stones, FIC (feline idiopathic cystitis), or she may have gotten into something toxic causing her to have trouble controlling her bladder. I would recommend having her examined by a vet as soon as you can - he/she can do a urinalysis and blood work if needed to help determine the problem and get her started on appropriate treatment.
