Hi there and thanks for posting on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Puppies need to be dewormed with a broad spectrum dewormer such as pyrantel several times (3-4 times with each dose being 2 weeks apart from each other) as many puppies are born with roundworms they get from their mother's during pregnancy. It can take a few rounds of dewormer to get rid of them. If Roxy is vomiting up worms, then she likely has a very heavy intestinal worm infection. Sometimes this can cause nausea and inappetence as well. Occasionally, if the worm density is high, they can cause a gastrointestinal obstruction. I would withhold food for a few hours from Roxy to help with the vomiting and take her into see her veterinarian as soon as possible to rule out an obstruction or vomiting/inappetence from other medical cause such as a viral infection. Your veterinarian may recommend Roxy be dewormed a few more times and may send you home with more dewormer for her if nothing more serious is suspected from your vet. I hope this helps and I hope Roxy starts feeling better soon!
