With a history of eating various objects and vomiting, I would be worried about a bowel obstruction. If max is constantly vomiting right now and also acting very lethargic or painful, then this is very suspicious of an obstruction and Max will need emergency veterinary treatment as soon as possible to prevent life-threatening complications. Continual vomiting could have various other causes like a stomach ulcers, or an infection. Either way, it's best to have Max evaluated by a vet sometime soon, so his condition can be accurately diagnosed and treated. The vet will at-least be able to give medication to stop the vomiting and make him feel better. I hope that helps and Max gets better soon.
