This can be from trauma if he rubs his snout against something or may be an allergy. there is also zinc deficiency in huskies that is usually hair loss and scabs on the face. You can monitor this for further changes because if it is from rubbing then it will clear on its own. If it gets worse then I would have your vet check the area
