This can be a sign of pain or nausea. It can also indicated a tooth infection or ulcers in the mouth. It is worth getting checked to evaulate if a dental is needed or pain medications. If she is eating and drinking then it can wait to make an appointment with your regular vet, if not then you may need to talk to a emeregency clinic about being seen. There is no medicine over the counter that you can give to help
