The spot in the picture does not appear to be infected or inflamed, so I would not be too worried about it. It does look more related to scratching (from the fleas) and does not appear like ringworm. However, the only way to know for sure is to have a veterinarian examine the cat. Sometimes the skin can look worse before it gets better when the flea infestation is gone. This is because the old/damaged hair will fall out as the new hair grows in. If you happen to notice redness, or crusts on the bald areas, then you can try washing the cat with a medicated cat shampoo (can get this at the pet store) once every other day until it clears. However, if it persists longer than two weeks, then a visit to the vet is needed. I hope that helps and this clears-up soon.
