My 1-year-old cat is constantly licking her red vagina. Is it a UTI?

My female cat is about 12 mnths old and cleaning her uterus after few minutes continously what should this behaviour i donot undeestand why she should clean her uterus by toungue and also her uterus is little bit red. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 11 months and 12 days old | 11.023 lbs

A cats uterus is inside the body, not outside, unless she has a uterine prolapse (requires immediate surgery and looks like a sac hanging outside the vagina). I think you are referring to her vagina. If she is licking her vagina frequently and it is red, then there is likely an infection present, either of her vagina or a urinary tract infection. I would recommend taking Lovely to your vet to have her urine tested to see if this is in fact just a UTI. Either infection will require a short course of antibiotics from your vet to clear, so its best to take her in as soon as you can so that you can provide her some relief.
