My dog has a dark spot and is scooting. Could it be ringworm?

My dog has a really dark spot on her leg, way darker than her fur and it seems like its getting bigger. Also, she is ALWAYS trying to drag her but on carpet\sidwalk because its itchy. Could this be ring worm? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 7 lbs

Ringworm, bacterial infection, yeast infection, and anal sacculitis are all issues that can cause itching and scooting. Unfortunate they all can look similar to the naked eye and sometimes testing is needed to identify the problem.
